With over 25 years of experience as a highly accomplished dentist and business owner, Dr. James Falco has a passion for coaching and consulting, driven by a desire to share his expertise and help others achieve their goals. Jim recently graduated from the Professional Coaching Certification Program at Duquesne University Palumbo Donahue School of Business and has earned the title of PC, Professional Coach. He has formed Enhance Coaching and Consulting LLC, to provide a range of coaching and consulting services to businesses and individuals.

In addition, we also offer practice management consulting to dentists. Dr. Falco has successfully managed, grown, and transitioned multiple dental practices. He also has additional experience as a national marketing manager for a large dental product manufacturer. With his extensive experience in the dental industry, he can help dental professionals overcome challenges, develop effective strategies, and achieve long-term success. Our goal is to help dental practices operate efficiently and effectively, while also providing a high level of patient care.
